What Shipping Methods Are Available?
There are two ways we deliver our products. If you are located in Dhaka, we use a third-party delivery service. For customers outside of Dhaka, we offer delivery through courier services and third-party delivery services throughout Bangladesh.
How much is your shipping charge?
The shipping charge for deliveries within the Dhaka metropolitan area is just ৳60. For nearby regions such as Gazipur, Narayanganj, and Savar, the delivery charge is ৳99. We also deliver products all across Bangladesh for only ৳130. Please note that the shipping charge may vary for certain items that are sourced from different regions of the country.
What is the estimated delivery time for my parcel?
If any untoward incident does not happen, we usually try to deliver the package in Dhaka Metropolitan Area within 24 hours and all over Bangladesh within 2-4 days.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We are arranging Cash On-Delivery keeping in mind the special consideration of the customers, besides we accept payment through Shurjopay and BKash. shurjoPay can accept payments by any VISA, MasterCard, AmEx, Diners Club, Nexus, or QCash card along with bKash, MCash, and Rocket.
Is Buying On-Line Safe?
It largely depends on your experience and thoughts. Orom wants to be well-established by ensuring customer convenience and product quality. And it is not possible without honesty and pure service. We try to give you the best service on a regular basis. Are you trusting us?

How do I place an Order?
To start, choose the products you want and specify the quantity. Once you’ve made your selection, use the “Add to Cart” button to add them to your shopping cart. When you’re ready to purchase, click on “Checkout” and enter your billing information to complete your order.
How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?
To cancel an order, customers can either log in to their account and select the “order” option, or they can call Orom’s contact number for assistance. Once canceled, customers can re-order if necessary.

Do I need an account to place an order?
To place an order, you must have an account. Creating an Orom account is simple and requires only basic personal information. Once your account is set up, you can freely order any product from Orom.
How Do I Track My Order?
At Orom, we strive to provide buyers with accurate information to help them make informed purchasing decisions. You can easily track your order through your account options, using the required information in the order tracking option. How Can I Return a Product?
If a customer discovers any defects in our product, they can inform us of the issue by sending a description and a still image of the product via email, Facebook, or phone. We will then verify the issue and attempt to resend the product. However, the customer will be responsible for covering the cost of returning the defective item and shipping of the replacement product.
